Nepal announces squad for League 2 series; Ishan Pandey returns after 7 years

Kathmandu:The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has announced a 15-member squad, led by Rohit Paudel, for the upcoming ICC World Cup League 2 series against the USA and Scotland.

The highlight of the squad is the return of Ishan Pandey, who earns a nation

al comeback after seven years following a stellar performance in the PM Cup and for Nepal ‘A’. The squad also features stars like Sandeep Lamichhane, Sompal Kami, and Dipendra Singh Airee.

The tri-series is scheduled to take place at the TU Ground in Kirtipur from May 12th to the 22nd. Nepal enters this series with strong momentum, having won three out of their last four matches against Oman and the UAE.
